In an article published by Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper, journalist Nahum Barnea provided the verbatim testimony of a doctor in the Zionist regime’s Paratroopers Reserve Brigade from the war in Gaza.
The doctor revealed that “the looting operations have become almost systematic,” as he witnessed during his time in Gaza.
He continued, “The matter begins with the confiscation of large quantities of mattresses, gas stoves, and gas cylinders from occupied homes, and continues with the taking of small souvenirs such as tables and small toys for children.”
“The forces intermittently start burning homes, and the brigade commander says that it is okay for him, and the cumulative feeling is then that they will do here in Gaza what they did in the town of Huwwara near Nablus in the northern West Bank, where many of its homes and vehicles were burned last year,” he added.
In his testimony, the military doctor narrated the execution of a Palestinian prisoner who he said was a Hamas fighter arrested by the Zionist regime’s forces.
“A moment after he was interrogated by a prisoner investigator, a reserve fighter arrived and executed the prisoner,” he recalled.
